I generally try to leave only positive comments these days, but as a psychology graduate I can't help myself... what a rubbish premise for a review. You might as well introduce a review by talking about acupuncture, homeopathy or Qi.

In case anyone doesn't understand what I mean- replace every instance of "id" with "magical mind fairy" and you'll get close to the idea of how scientific psychoanalysis actually is.

Sounds like a great change from Metroid Prime, but scanning is one feature I could do without. Bored the life out of me in Prime!

Sonic Unleashed was, to use the correct British terminology, "bollocks". Two thirds of it were utter shit, the remaining non-werehog segments were shit cunningly concealed as a Sonic the Hedgehog game.

It was a wise move of Sega to release Sonic 4 on XBLA, because there is no way I would touch it if it were on disc.

FFXIII on the 360 had terrible macroblocking on the cutscenes, serious slowdown on Gran Pulse and Nautilus, and sloppy hair rendering amongst other problems.

Re: the iTunes starting with the Play/Pause key: if you open iTunes and leave it on the iTunes Store home page, you can control VLC with the F8 key. This also works with an Apple Remote!
