Tretton talks up need for 'cutting edge' tech, MS and Nintendo falling behind
Apr 9th 2011 11:09AM (Joystiq)also, as per http://www.vgrevolution.com/2011/01/pokemon-black-and-white-surpass-5-million-sales/ that was japan sales and we can see http://www.joystiq.com/2011/03/26/pokemon-black-and-white-sell-2-million-in-u-s-in-first-two-week/ right here on joystiq. so after the first 2 weeks in the us pokemon had sold over 7 million units. I'd be interested to see what the numbers are at year end. I haven't seen europe release numbers, either. even if we cut us numbers in half, that 12m units sold by COD gap closes pretty hard.
I have to thank you for the laugh though, 100m units made my day.
