Wii launches in Europe, loads of people buy it

My Wii was sent out last night via DHL. Arrived at the Glasgow depot, about 10 miles from my house, 6am & was put in a locked area.

Tracking detail at 10:45; "Item held - damage"

There's not quite words to describe my fury.
