The ability to exchange the game should have also been a valid option. Jumping through hoops with scans and faxes isn't the consumers responsability. There should be consumer protection laws for exactly these types of situations.

Even better, these 1 time use game codes to unlock game content for material you have already purchased just seems unfair to the consumer. It's not a model that customers should be supporting.

@Joseph L Flatley Are you kidding? Islands Adventure will open a new kids ride based on the Slowski's, those lovable turtles they use to represent DSL in commercials. This turtle themed ride will be billed as the slowest in the park.

Meanwhile, the Hulk Roller Coaster will be renamed "Comcast Hi-Speed with Power Boost" The Power Boost of course representing the start of the ride where you are blasted upwards for the first few seconds.

Not a joke about the Comcast owning theme parks..
