Dec 13th 2006 3:59PM screw sony! screw the psCRAP! we dont want it, �£425 is far more than the rest of the world are paying and it aint worth it! wii60 ftw! I hope the PSuck is a disaster for Sony and they die a horrible death, the 360 and the wii are both better consoles made by better companies!
rant over, basically I used to be a loyal Sony fan but with the PSbullshit theyve really screwed us over! i live in northern ireland and any game shop i ask in says the ps3 wont sell and that I should buy a 360! so I did and ive never been happier with my 16x disc drive for fast loading games and my rumbley controller, not to mention the ever improving multimedia functionality! its not perfect but itl get better with time and is already better than the PSfucked!
Sony can shove their 2x blushit drive where the sun dont shine and their lack of rumble motion sensing ripoff controllers up there too! they really are bastards!
anyways rant actually over! sorry I was so excited about the ps3 and they let me down! I was pessimistic about the 360 and was pleasantly surprised, and im getting a wii just to completely screw sony over!

The PS3 when used as a computer {Joystiq}
Dec 13th 2006 2:00PM yeah, just like the psp the ps3's primary use will not be for playing proper games! people will use it to store their multimedia onto, play homebrew and mess about with linux before realising they have a perfectly good windows pc in their house!

Dec 13th 2006 1:55PM sony should just have put ps2/1 hardware in the ps3! then the backwards compatability would have been prefect and they would actually have had something over the 360! yeah the price would have been yet higher but the people buying the ps3 clearly dont care about price lol! if mgs4 winds up on the 360 i will never get a ps3 ever coz it really is a pile of crap (�£425gbp, 2x bluray, bluray???, that cell crap, inferior graphics processor to the 360 etc etc i could go on)
ms ftw this time round, i hope sony learn their lesson and the ps4 is actually not shit

Why Dragon Quest for DS makes sense {Joystiq}
Dec 13th 2006 1:47PM the DS is really kicking ass in japan so it seems, and I can see why, its truly an awesome console compared to the homebrewsp (terrible pun lmao) all i use my psp for is the multimedia features, web browser and homebrew (2.80 xloader ftw lol)
if only the japans would overcome their distaste for microsoft and recognise a good thing when they see it, I did! I would never have brought an original xbox and never saw myself with any future ms consoles but the 360 is gr8!
