HAHAHAHAHAHA..... Its laughable for them to even attempt the notion that they are having shortages due to high sales demand. I think it more in line with the fact that still to date over 16% failure rate and they have to replace those systems. Not to mention those that get they system back (more likely a different one) and it doesn't work right out the box. So guess what.. they have to return it again.

Besides the last time I check for the last 6 weeks Wii and PS3 have been outselling 360 on a global level. Just take a look at last weeks numbers.

Microsoft do yourself a favor and give up on Jap. Your current major problem is that in Europe PS3 is currently outselling your product week after week. If 360 lose Europe also then its over for their current second place position. The only territory that they are outselling the PS3 is in USA. 2008 is about to get real interesting.

This Demo, and I am sure the game when release, was of very poor quality and just CRAP!!! this will be added to the list of do not buy.

I agree with you in regards to the hard drive upgrade.I own the 40gb PS3 and its my first time ever owning a Playstation (i got a Wii also... well till my girl took it) so backward compatibility has no meaning to me. as for card reader... don't need it. I manage all my pictures on my Mac laptop and if need i can either stream the pics to my PS3 using various media streaming software or simple put it on my flash drive and plug it into the usb port. So me missing the memory card (SD etc)will not happen.

I plan in the future to upgrade (and backup) the hard drive in the near future so using the selling point of a larger hard drive is a joke to me. I can see 360 using that since you can't upgrade the hard drive.

Ban or not.... the game is hot vomit and a dry day.

I am not impressed with the Demo and while not buy this game...it getting boring real quick.

Just to let some of you guys know... many 360 games are not even up to 720p quality like for example the great Halo 3 and the game sweet... Wii doesn't have to go to 720p...if with the use of this engine the Wii can be between 480 and 720P then I am happy. I am still sure it has to be Ubisoft thats starting the push for better graphics on the Wii with Red Steel 2. Time will tell... 2008 is going to be sweet for Wii and PS3.

2008 marks the beginning of quality graphically looking games. 2007 had way too many games (some great AAA titles) using old engines (PS2 quality or worse like that crap farCry) that looked real poor on the Wii. I have a funny feeling that the first game to use and set a new graphical bar for the Wii is Red Steel 2.
I just have this funny feeling its Ubisoft thats going to be the first to use and show that Wii can run Unreal Engine 3... if done right I am sure more developers will follow.

Its now clear after FarCry (living vomit) and now this (runny shit) that Nintendo QA department should all be fired or they need to hire peeps to fill those vacant offices.

This Bullshit smelly waste of Dev time should never see the light of day. Plus as for Midway... as a gaming fan first and a Nintendo fan.. GO FUCK YOURSELF TILL U BLEED!!! you waste of a company.

All that commercial did was just shout out loud that PS3 has no key games to make me what to buy it. Finally a price point that makes sense but no backward compatibility (very stupid on Sony's part). Of all the games that were shown, only one is new. Sony here is a hint "NO KEY NEW SOFTWARE MEANS SAME OLD SHITTY HARDWARE SALES". The Gap between Sony and their only competition in the HD era (360) just keep on getting larger and larger as 360 keep on pumping out the quality AAA titles.

Wake up Sony before its too late... Falling from #1 to 3rd place would be a major disgrace.
