This is a great move by Thompson in my opinion, now MS can use their all powerful lawyers to send this guy back to the stone age where he belongs. Yay capitalism!

You know, I've wondered this for a while now if it wasn't something weird. The menus for the game, if you've noticed, look like something out of Metal Gear Solid 2, it just seemed out of place and oddly futuristic. My original theory was time travel though, so *shrug*. Go check out the videos and pay attention to the menus and such, I can't remember if it was loading screens too. Plus I always thought the flicker effect in the debut trailer was sort of odd, or just an artistic touch.
