The title is pronounced like so: "Sensu o migake! Mita me kara yomigaeru - Otona no konashi toreeningu."

A translation might go something like this: "Cultivate your style! Give new life to the way you look - Dressing Training for Adults."

You guys really need a Japanese-English translator on staff.

"Head of Games" isn't a real corporate title. Even if it was, wouldn't "Head of Promotions" or "Head of Marketing" be far more appropriate for a letter like this? This letter looks quite fake.

Small translation correction to above translation: "excellent service" should be replaced by "a paid service." That's what I get for rushing through...

I just translated the commercial for fun- see the rest of this comment for the audio and the text translation. I tried to translate the text in the order in which it appeared on the screen. The previous posters are right, though; there's not a lot of information in here that hasn't been revealed somewhere else earlier.

Audio translation:

You can use the internet on your DS. Nintendo DS Browser. Browsing that uses the DS's functionality. In two-screen mode, both screens can be used to display "mini-mode" and "magnified mode." While looking at the entire page, you can see a magnified view of the places on that page that you want to see. You can also switch the top and bottom screens. Then, if you touch the screen once, you'll follow the link that you touched. Also, using "vertical mode," display data can be displayed across both of the DS's screens. You can also easily browse pages that contain lots of text.
