He could have recounted that we are only one year removed from James Dungy's untimely passing. He could have set the game up as an epic battle between Harrison and Johnson. But no, we had to hear about how Peyton hasn't won a SuperBowl. And even if he would have thrown for 800 yards and 7 TDs en route to a 99-0 thrashing, that still wouldn't have changed by the end of the night.
