The 360 version looks more stylized (more contrast).
Otherwise it's hard to make any comparisons.

Although the game looks fun, the woman's voice is already annoying me.

Every Extend Extra just wasn't for me.

These PS3's stacking up on store shelves has to be a regional thing. I live in the capital city of one of the largest states in the US and there is a definite shortage here.

The Psp has a number of good games for it.
If you look through Metacritic, there are 40 games that scored 80-89 out of 100. (No game scored in the 90's though)

Although not fantastic, this is a pretty nice lineup with a mixture of fighters, racers, puzzle, shooters, etc.

Did anybody read this blog post before jumping to whatever preconceived ideas they have??

It's more of a musing than news.

Artificial demand is a tool to pump up the price on a product. A conspiracy theorist would say that recent shortages in console launches were to help move pricey systems. Someone who lives in the real world wouldn't though.

18- I see exactly what you are saying. It seems like when there is a difference in (actually comparable) screens, the Xbox 360 screens have more contrast or like a yellow color burn.

ie. the first Blazing Angels comparison, second Ridge Racer comparison, or either Call of Duty comparison.

It's very noticeable... no clue why that happens though.

Price seems fine..
Get a group of friends together, pitch in a couple bucks, and share it.
Hopefully the "kludgy" performance of it will be ironed out with an update.

Are numbers for North America unavailable?
