According to EA the trailer is CGI, not live action. Which from appearances... yea that isn't live action.

Senator Yee: SCOTUS ruling puts corporate America ahead of 'our children' [update: full statement]

@The Tr0ll T0ll

Far more times these bills come from Democrats then republicans. Liberals are generally the ones trying to make parenting the responsibility of the federal government. It was Hillary Clinton who famously said "It takes a village".

Analysis: What today's Supreme Court decision means to us

Leland Yee is not a conservative. He is the second highest ranking democrat in the California Assembly. Yee has done nothing remotely conservative and is as far left as you can go. Politicians from both sides of the spectrum have tried to use violent games as a means to gain votes but I think if anyone actually looked you would find a lot more liberals backing these bills than conservatives.

Alleged Kinect hardware specs claim two active player limit

@Dark Archon PSN Archonik XBL Dar

Facial recognition isn't rocket science, I'm not proposing anything the system isn't techinically capable of or some sort of voodoo magic.

It's a first gen toy trying to do something nobody else is. I expect it to have certain limitations. Right now my biggest disappointed with Kinnect isn't the tech but the lack of any interesting games for it.

Oh and I am tottally looking forward to controller free menu navigation, especially the voice command stuff.

Alleged Kinect hardware specs claim two active player limit

I'm guessing the key word is 'active'. With the facial recognition players could jump in and out at will and the system can detect who is who. The limitation is only two players can be flailing at any given moment. Which really isn't that big of a deal, how many people have room in thier living rooms for four people to be jumping around anyways?

@Marzz

I think the USB port is only required if you have a 360 without the Kinect port.
