You might want to do some research before you make a statement that makes you sound like an arrogant prick. There are several variants of X-Men #1 and 99.9% of the time people who say they have a copy of X-Men #1 don't realize that it isn't worth crap. Over 8 million of copies of X-Men #1 (1991) were sold because people thought any issue #1 would be priceless someday.

Now if you're referring to the 1963 "The X-Men #1" that is a completely different story. However if that is the comic you were referring to in your original post, is requires specification.
