I agree with this person. Not even including the GBA version (I've never played it), only two playable characters die. One non-playable dies, I believe.

Epsilon: A multiheaded, multiarmed nutjob that sounds like he swallowed a megaphone.

He'd carry all sorts of weird things like a sword, baseball bat, pistol, diorama, etc.

On Hard? From what I could tell based on reading the achievements, it seems like the only "difficulty influenced" achievement requires you to be playing on "Super Hard." Do you have to finish Hard mode in order to get it?

It took me a couple of years but I managed to beat Blaster Master. Funny enough, the boss that gave me the most trouble was the lobster/crab from Stage 5. But, once I FINALLY took his ass down, the rest of the game was much easier by comparison.

Blaster Master Boy didn't even come close to the excellent that was that one.

Did you manage to try Blaster Master: Blasting Again? I heard that it was actually pretty terrible...

I used to LOVE Robowarrior. The NES version was near impossible. Makes me wonder if I'd do better playing it as an adult.

Did you ever play the version for the GameBoy? MUCH easier but still pretty difficult. I actually completed that one when I was a kid.

After picking up Soul Bubbles and Final Fantasy IV on Wednesday, I now have 101 DS games.

A Wizard Did It.

As far as I'm concerned, they rarely have moments where they just can't churn out a good track on a Sonic game. This post inspired me to break out my old Sonic Adventure OST. Final Egg 1, Red Mountain 2, Twinkle Park 1, all of the Windy Valley, and more were great in that game.
