That still doesn't make sense grammatically. I think you meant to say "half-way" instead of "anyway". Or at least I think that's what you meant. The sentence is confusing. I'm usually not a grammar nazi, just don't rip the guy a new one for requesting clarification, albeit in an agressive manner.

I can confirm the G4 Comment. During the interview, the man demoing the game said it was slated for a Spring release, which struck me as odd, because I thought it was coming out this year. Anyway, he definitely said Spring '09.

I just noticed something. Next to the new Rock Band 2 songs, isn't there a "2" inside of a disc icon. Could the fact that these songs are designated with a number while the DLC has its own icon point to the existence of the original Rock Band setlist?

I'm just glad it's finally over. I spent $200 on the HD-DVD player add-on for the Xbox 360 and I've been extremely pleased with the picture quality of the movies of I have. My only gripe is that you had to go to the store, see what they have on HD-DVD and Blu-Ray, and THEN pick a movie to buy. Your movie choices were limited by whatever movie studio happened to support your player. You never had the option to enjoy Pirates of the Carribean and Transformers in HD unless you were lucky enough to own both players.

On a side note, this victory for Blu-Ray has made me reasses my thoughts on a PS3 purchase. Before, and I say this with as much respect as I can muster, the games on PS3 never did much for me. If I had one I would buy Drake's Fortune, Warhawk, and Resistance. I'm not really interested in anything else that would be coming out either, including the "must-have" games like Metal Gear Solid (I prefer Splinter Cell) and Final Fantasy (I never liked RPG's). However, now that the PS3 is the cheapest Blu-Ray player at $400, I might have to consider buying one. I've been down the Xbox 360 drive add-on road and I'm not sure it's one I want to travel again. It's difficult to transport a system and a stand-alone drive together, not to mention that if the Xbox is occupied, you can't watch your movies. That's my two cents.
