So - if bluray is in a world of hurt withe the coming of hd streaming, this release leaves me wondering who is going to provide the competitor to bluray?

I'm done with my iPhone and dealing with apple. I welcome AT&T to support more phones. Their current support of Android is less than stellar. I hope this announcement means they will actually get decent Android and WinMo phones!!

The arcade sticks are REAAAAAALLY nice controllers and have stood up to quite a beating over the last 18 months. The price is too high though. I think they should stop making the cheap version and lower the price of the tournament edition to $80 or less. I think sales would pick up then. The stick is amazing and feels just as good as my arcade machine.

Does it still overheat like a toaster? I returned 3 of these to Hauppauge and pretty much gave up hope due to the heat problem.

Agree 100%. Time Warner ruined my Tivo Experience because of this. The thing that really sucks is that I already paid for the lifetime subscription before I knew that the "copy once" flag is on 24/7 on 99.9999% of channels. If I knew this prior to buying the Tivo, I would have never bought it. Tivo NEEDS to be straight with customers regarding this severe limitation.

There is some discussion whether these contracts are indeed legal now that the laws have changed. Just because a contract has wording in it, does not mean that it holds up in a court of law...
