Its funny when all you M$ people try to make buying a 360 a 'patriotic' thing to do. I give you guys the finger. M$ is just trying to monopolize the market. Thats why Halo 2 will only play on Vista. I wont be giving MS anymore of my money(i own a wondows pc afterall) as i was never really fond of their brand in the first place, although they do have a few gems in their library(i dont count Halo)

As for being patriotic, America is the land of opportunity and CHOICE. I CHOOSE to buy any brand name product, be it american or import, and those who say different are the ones that are not only ignorant in thinking any corportation 'cares' (Microsoft being the biggest who DOESNT care, look what happend with their corporation, they had to FORCIBLY split them up as to NOT have a stranglehold on the market, yeah they sure care about us ) about what we think, and it makes you unpatriotic.

I think epidodic content will kill off gaming. Why? hey lets release HALF the game's story and then make people download the rest for x much amount. OR how about 1/4 the game's story.

I think this is the most stupidest concept along with greedy. Companies that end up doing this are just plain greedy. I dont mind the occasional, 'content pack' like new levels, costumes, maybe weapons and such, but to have to pay to get the rest of the story or just the rest of the game is ridiculous. Extra's are fine, as long as thats what they are: extra's NOT the main part of the game

actually if you think about it, since they both the same, big props to the sony camp. Why? Well because that would mean that 1st generation titles on sony's console look just the same as second generation games on xbox 360. So if thats the case then Sony's machine would technically be better!?:) just some food for though

Also i mean i really dont care about the size of the sytems, i have an Antec p180 computer case for crying out loud. I for LOVE the styling on all three consoles this generation, PS3 looks sleek and dominant, Wii's looks just sweet! and the 360s is a very nice design...cept for the brick for a power supply..sorry had to poin that out and yeah i know i know we dont know what the power cables look like for the ps3 or the wii but given the ps3's i m betting for the regular cable, but the wiis might be a bit bigger who knows:)

its funny to me how all these M$ fanboi's keep attacking Sony when they JUST got outsold by the PS2!! I for one am getting both a Wii and PS3. Remember M$ folks, Sony and Nintendo DONT HAVE to make an online service thats BETTER than M$, they just to make it DECENT enough to play on, because if i want GREAT games i will go to Nintendo(Zelda, Metroid, Mario, Smash Bros etc..) and if i want VARIETY AND GREAT games i go to Sony, BOTH of which will offer a SIMILIAR online system(which really most people dont care for after the fact that GAMES come first) what can M$ offer that BOTH Sony and Nintendo can and will?? LIVE??? is that all? Halo 3??

Keep in mind, Live has been a product of over 6 years of dedicated work. It didn't spring up overnight in the shape we now see it. Furthermore, Microsoft has always viewed Live as their differentiator, therefore they put a lot of focus on it. The Virtual Console is undoubtedly not Nintendo's differentiator, so we don't know how committed they will be to it.

Can you say hater? thats exactly what you are, a raving fanboi who hates on everyone else. Sony had their online system, although not as clean as xbox's and now they are making theirs a bit more centralized. Good for them, and good for me. Centralized network and free? awesome!

Nintendo is capable of making great games, most of which just spank anything out there on MS, but your saying they are not capable of making a centralized online network like MS? whatever you say man, again a Wii centralized network thats free? sign me up.

Honestly, Nintendo and Sony DO NOT HAVE to OUTPERFORM xbox live, they just need to offer some type of similiar service and their respective fans will be more than happy, thats what most xbox fanbois

Anyways your partially right. No they dont have to win japan BUT they do have to do something about their drought over there. No Japan= No Japanese support= no game=no game developers and they are like domino's, they all follow each other. N

well as for browsing they really wouldnt need a moust as hopefully you can navigate the cursor using the sensors built in the controller!! why look at that a practical use for the 'cheap rip-off' of a controller.

Can't wait to have my PS3 AND Wii controllers!!
