Memory leaks can lead to very strange issues, including increased CPU usage. It sounds like Treyarch has some inefficient/incomplete algorithms in the PC version.

Lazy bums.

GoldenEye looks like a must-have for Wii FPS fans and if Blood Stone turns out good, it will be one hell of a week for action fans.

Interesting question, but the answer really depends on what you define "power" as. If you mean raw processing power, then yes it will be more powerful than the 3DS.

Just keep in mind that the extra power and RAM is used to run Android and other processes in the background. It may very well perform WORSE than the 3DS after all processing "expenses" are accounted for.

I don't know, but it doesn't look like this thing right in front of me, with very real pictures and insider information, exists...

You can use the classic controller to play the game; it was previewed at E3 this year with the classic controller pro. It controls well, and for those who enjoy the Wii Remote and Nunchuck controls (like me), that will of course be an option as well.
