You can get a lot of the meaning just from context, but a new piece of information is that there are people being found dead (the corpse in this video was found by his mother), and all these people are men who cheated on their girlfriends. Then later on in the trailer, Cathrine tells Vincent that if he cheats on her she wont forgive him.

Valkyria Chronicles DLC lacks English voice track

I think this was a smart decision. I enjoyed the English voice acting for VC, but it's not what made the game. Since profit will be the determining factor to see if we continue to get VC games and DLC, I'm glad they decided not to include this expensive addition (English voices), that most of the audience would just complain about anyway.
