amazon, download it as a torrent.
It's not big deal, I don't miss the old video store.
They never had what I wanted and when they did I wasted a lot of time and money trying to find rent and return a given video.

The thing is, if your doing something dirty.
Leave the tech gizmos at home. A friend of mine had his car broken into.. He's portable gps system stolen.
The crooks then went out and did a number of home burglaries. The crooks use the same gps unit to get around town. No knowing the gps was in "log mode". It automatically saved the location every time the car stopped.
These guys eventually got busted and the police went thought the gps and phones they were carrying for information. Because my friend had the serial number for the gps reported to the police as stolen. They contacted him saying they had recovered it as well as his car radio when these guys had also stolen. Anyway before they gave him back the gps. They asked him questions about the addressed visited by the gps. My friend pulled out his pad and told him day hour and time for all the stops that were his. As they were being logged so he could be reimbursed for driving costs... He got only a 1/4 way though his list before cop asked him to stop. Relishing he had nothing to do with the crooks.

I love the new low, low price for auto-gps portables.
I got a 4.5 inch gps that was selling for $800.00 for $130 refurbed. It's a dam shame I can't get that same price for refurbed portable aircraft gps's... I got one last year as a gift... it costs almost $3000.00

As and iphone user it's not about eage or 3g it's about getting a connection to the tower.
it does not matter ATT if you have eage service in the area's not covered by 3g...
The number of black holes you have in your service is amazing.

At work, I happens to be working inside the old "netscape" buildings in mountain view.
I get great coverage. When i'm out of the road or at home... It's like trying to get cell service
in the black hole of Calcutta. There are some area's around San Jose and Sunnyvale, where i can drive
for blocks and don't let me get started about coverage in San Francesco.

You can beat Verizion on would wide coverage... but at coverage in the US or at lease in my area
you sucking some big ones.

They can charge for the device but the service better be free.
I'm already paying for a cell phone.. that I don't use 50% of the time because of
att... it's not my fault they have crappy coverage.

There are already devices that you can buy right now that do the same thing as this that
have no fees.

Also support more than just 3g...

$1000.00 fine.. so what bring it on.
I have never had trouble with fireworks...
But I did have a friends neighbor blow up his house
making fireworks..
Thats not to say it's unsafe to make fireworks, i'm saying that it's unsafe to make fireworks in a stupid way, which he did.
He uses a coffie grinder to grind up his pyro mix.
When he open the grinder to add or remove the mix a spark from the motor set off about 4lb's of black powder he had seting around on the bench he was at.
It blew his head off, shot his body across the room into the far wall. The blast distroyed the garage where he was working and blew the garage door across the street. Yes this is a true story.. it happend in sunnyvale ca about 10 years ago.

Fines effect the little people if you have money.
it's affects you a whole lot less.
during the dotcom boom I would think nothing of paying a $300.00 fine. It was simply the cost of having fun.

Wow Old Warner toons in HD great Idea but...
If you just download them to your xbox then what.
you can't save them off.. If your xbox blows up
and you know it will. What happens to your movie downloads.

The iPhone was kind of a market changing Idea.
The iPhone is not the first smart phone but it is the first smart phone that has enough power
for people to write interesting applications for it. You have the BlackBerry…Nice phone expensive to buy and to operate.
You have the symbion os. Nice OS very crappy under powered phones seem to be running it.
You have the Palmtop… it’s just a stupid palm with a phone.
You have the danger fliptop. Very under powered and not very use expandable.
You have Windows CE phones. Worlds worse OS for a phone oh but you can sync it with your exchange mail box… oh boy….

Now you have the iphone… it’s not just the os that made it was the interface.
With this soft interface and well known operating system it was easy for people
To write and enhance the type of tools and applications that the phone could run easily.

I’m sure… that apple latest firmware update was not just there to crush the mods but
Just to stick on there plan of releasing there iTunes-Starbucks music store on time.

I say don’t bitch at Nokia for being a copy cat I say embrace them. Now I think the
Phone Company’s get it or I should say the hand set makers are starting to get it.
I’m not interested in V-Cast I’m not interested in another pay feature option for my phone. I want a power phone that user expandable and I don’t want my bank account raided if I decide to use data vs voice. Internet in cities is pervasive let me use it with
Wifi please and how about phones that are easy to use… button driven displays are hard to use… work on your interfaces and guess what your new handset sales may pick up.

So are the new black xbox'es as loud as the standard xbox 2's
