The only problem that I have is that I cant install the Zune software on my XP computer because of some "watson" issue, but Im not that worried coz I have a Vista laptop. Anyway I do need some help with this issue.

Well, I got mine yesterday at Circuit City without any problem, I just asked for it because they didnt had them out on the shelves, but I did get mine. Before that I went to Target and Best Buy but they just had the 4/8Gb ones.
