Tony, it's very difficult to cater to everyone's tastes. They could just sell the game and let people buy the tracks they want to download but that would remove the structure from the game.

I personally like heavy, power, symphonic, prog and melodic death metal; jazz, blues, hard rock etc. Don't really like indie, punk, death metal, most thrash metal, black metal, glam metal.

A lot of the stuff I like probably wouldn't be popular enough for them to bother with :( Perhaps they could release a track development kit which bands/labels could purchase.

I'm guessing it's PC related. Patch 1.07 which adds mod support and the SDK will be released. Perhaps for 360 too but not very likely.

Probably just a prototype.

I'd love to see Iron Maiden, Judas Priest etc there but there will probably only be 1 or 2 tracks each if they're there at all. I doubt many people will be able to match Rob Halford vocal range (D2 - A5 I think).

I understand there are rappers who don't just dress up stupidly and sing about money, women and violence but about issues that are real to them (and most likely others). I just personally don't like the style but I can respect proper rappers.

I'm hoping it's either free Xbox Live or something very good. My XBL sub has just run out and I'm left with a small collection of 48 hour cards that are included with games.

Sound can add a lot to games. In some games which have good positional audio and occlusion you can have a pretty good idea where enemies are which can be useful and pretty cool. I don't know if actually makes it more fun though...

I'd much rather play Halo 3 than Warhawk if only because the 360 is cheaper and has more games. I wouldn't pay a lot more for a system with less games to play a beta of a game. It also seeme that the Warhawk beta is just trying to steal some attention from MS but it seems to be failing to do that.

I haven't played the Halo 3 beta yet as my 360 is dead and I'm still waiting for my replacement from Dixons/Currys.

It takes some of the best guitarists in the world to make them sound good! Yngwie can only play harmonic minors anyway.
