Gotta agree with Karen, Life on Mars is just NOT going to translate well for the Americans (us Brits know what an unusual sense of humour they have!!)

Colm is a great actor, but I don't think he'll portray the political uncorrectness that Philip Glenister can throw at the screen and of course the great John Simms was perfect for the roll.

Who are they going to have for Annie, Ray and Chris? And how are they going to translate the quaint typically London Pub? Will this be a cocktail bar in Manhattan!!

Bit of a childish remark against Jeff though. Probably wasn't his best move having a rant like he did, but surely you've just lowered the standards yourself by having a dig of him in public.

I'm convinced that the amount of people with problems with ANY version of Windows are those that mess about with the system, install hacked copies, games, overclocking or what-have-you.

I've used Vista x64 since Beta days, had no crashes, no slowdowns, it's worked each and every time. Every app I've installed has gone on flawlessly, every devices has been picked up with no problems.

I'll welcome any new Windows as every one I've used since Windows 2.0 (apart from ME) has worked with zero issues.

I'm surprised Poltergeist, American Werewolf in London or Friday 13th isn't listed. All defintate turning points in 80's horror.

The way The Unit ended and Dexter, I'm hoping the writers have Jonas and Dexter perhaps crossing paths! Now that WOULD be fun!!

The "Life on Mars" comparisson I'll ignore, simply because as a UK Citizen (and northerner) I'm especially proud just how well that series turned out and don't think anything can touch it. (Don't forget the follow-up 'Ashes to Ashes' is out in January!)

But I watched Journeyman, there's a definate connection with Quantum Leap but also has a definate 21stC feel to it too.

The only problem I had was the story about saving the blokes son was a little weak. The 'back story' was fantastic, especially how is girlfriend (who is supposed to be dead) turns up and knows what is going on!

Definately one to keep a watch on.
