Did you not read my comments? They are getting things READY for the beta, not releasing it. They clearly stated on the web site weeks ago that there will be PLENTY of notice of when the beta signups will be. So you will know well in advance when you need to hammer the server.

By the way, I hardly think any of us will have any trouble getting a key. They make it sound like they have a hell of a lot.

You guys believe what you want, but I hardly think a countdown to midnight is "plenty of time" as they stated in their beta info. Possibly a countdown until the beta signups open tomorrow sometime. I guess anything is possible, it could be a countdown to midnight but I doubt it. But even if it is a countdown to midnight my statement would still be true. Midnight is tomorrow, not tonight.

Obviously they are going to put some new content and also have a countdown for beta signups. The beta will NOT BE out tonight.

If you have read anything about the beta on the site, the first thing they state is that there will be plenty of notice before beta signups start, so you might as well just wait and stop refreshing the site and slowing it down. You will have PLENTY OF TIME to refresh when they announce a countdown for the signups!

I don't like halo and when did I become hateful? I wasn't even referring to you I don't think. I read about 3 or 4 different posts saying that "its not on marketplace I cant find it!"

I was simply pointing out that it will NEVER be on marketplace for anyone to download so stop looking, how is this hateful? Show me hateful.

I am just trying to save people time and effort who think it is going to show up there and they can download it.

For those who don't know, unlike our extremely intelligent halo fan Jon, the beta is available to ANYONE who goes to charlieoscardelta.com and registers with their email address. When the beta is available, you simply answer some questions, assuming you get them right you will get into the beta. Keep in mind that it is first come first serve so if you don't get there "fast" enough you may not get in.

Anyways Jon, you show me where I referred to you in my post, because I know for a fact that I didn't. So instead of coming on here assuming that I am speaking to you, read my post and understand that I was talking to everyone interested to know who might not know already unlike you, because you know it all. Ok, what you people are NOT understanding is that yes, the BETA IS ON MARKETPLACE live and playable right now. However, IN ORDER TO ACCESS IT you need a token from Charlie Oscar Delta. FOR THAT you must wait for site update and you have to answer 3 questions correctly and it is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. If you don't get a token you don't get to play.

Rare Hare - If you are going to get a small television, you should do what I did and get the dell 24" lcd monitor. I use this thing over both my 40" samsung LCD and my 61" samsung dlp every day. The reason being is because no TV, I don't care HOW good it is cannot match the color accuracy and crisp sharp picture this monitor provides. I have it hooked up to my 360 elite via hdmi/dvi conversion cable. This monitor puts every 1080p tv set I have seen so far to shame for GAMING purposes. I haven't ever watched movies or anything on it. It is expensive at $650 I think I got it for shipped. You can get it even cheaper now: Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP

There is a demo of beautiful k on the xbox magazine demo disc for about two weeks now. I wouldn't doubt it would be on xbl by now.

Justin Nolan - I understand what you mean. It was weird getting used to at first for me. But once I got used to it, I can't go back to a regular headset. The reason being is that having a 5.1 sound setup and covering one ear with a voice chat headset just takes away any point of having a 5.1 system. Now I hear everything perfectly including voice in game. When I wear a normal headset, it almost completely blocks out the right speakers especially when people are talking to you. But like you said, it is definatley nice to hear everyone perfectly when there is a lot of action, not usually a problem for me but I guess it could be for some.
