No Bully sequel, judging by the numbers

There was a State of Emergency sequel?

Milestone: Sims' Hilary Duff campaign

Well, besides the Mary-Kate and Ashley games, there's also Britney's Dance Beat. While I'm at it, Venus and Serena Williams were cover models for one of the Virtua Tennis games. There are probably other examples, but that's a start. Ooh, and remember those Sega Saturn print ads with Ione Skye in them?

Whether these are examples of female celebrities marketing games to a female audience is a decision I'll leave up to the reader.

I still love the GBA because of backwards compatibility. The thing that most disappoints me about the DS (and the DS Lite) is that it doesn't play GB and GBC games.

(These days, there are quite a few other online Bomberman games, but I believe that one was the first.)

Japanese hardware sales: Now with added numerical goodness!

DS Lite took the biggest dive? Why aren't you judging by percentages rather than absolute numbers?

The DS Lite sales dropped by 9% or so, while the GBA plunged 60%. Not surprisingly--who's still buying the GBA?

25 comments and nobody's mentioned Ms. Pac-Man?

Animal Crossing online catalog

I think the above poster means the Nintendo-published players guide, not a Nintendo Power insert. Just guessing, though.

(Also, I think this kind of thing is neato. Most of the fun of GC AC comes from the things that sprang up around it.)
