And no its not wrong for apple to leverage its patents. Thats what patents are for. And patents are suppose to protect fair competition. Does patent law need to be fixed? Hell yes. But frankly apple is well within its right. And apple will win this.

I don't get why many of you are like oh but they said they like competition how hypocritirical. You're wrong. If I was apple I'd sue the pants off of everyone who violated my IP. And if I was HTC i'd feel stupid for not getting patents I should have had.

Hey I might be wrong but you probably shouldn't have your TV on top of the cable box like that. It blocks the vents and kills the box. I had a box die on me cuz it heated up in the cabinet too much.

i think the fact it looks like the os x dock means it will fucntion like the osx dock.

I would bet a large sum of money iphone 4.0 has multitasking. And that the ipad will have it.

while i agree with you ... a lot of people said the same thing about the ipod when it came out. Of course replicating that success is difficult but if anyone can do it apple seems to have proved they can.

I'd buy this just to use it as a universal remote.
