Mar 8th 2007 10:48AM (Joystiq Nintendo)I don't think that the wii is comparable to true resistance and aerobic training, but is a nice better-than-nothing-but-not-good-enough-to-recommend-on-its-own addendum to a healthier lifestyle. I think most people who have 'significant' weight loss with the wii were in such poor shape in the first place that their bodies couldn't help but lose weight when its daily activity doubled from "sedentary" to "mildly active".

Jan 12th 2007 12:27PM (Joystiq Nintendo)It would be nice to be able to see at a glance what games are slated to come out in a given week. It seems that almost all of the post-release games have a nebulous "Q1" or "Q2" release date. Anybody know where to find one of those?
