Ok so I understand if the usually useless slug behind the counter tells you up front that the only copy they have is opened, and even then there is no reason they aren't selling it as previously used prices, my opinion is once opened it is used because no matter what it has been handled and removed from the case period.

Now if there are copies of the game behind the counter sealed and the first thing they go for is the open one you have to figure WHY? Do they really want to loose their display copy only to open a sealed one and label it as well? makes no sense to me that they would do that unless they are trying to pawn off used copies as new, otherwise they would just give the sealed ones they have till they run out.

Here in RI we have Game Crazy and they are the best all NEW copies are stored and displayed behind the counter, Used ones are on the shelves and it's just the case, how hard would it be to do that at GameStop? pretty hard it seems

Every that had and AT&T phone hated it and either left them for another carrier or waited out the take your number with you law to pass and then said goodbye. So why would you ever want to take the huge money making always on without any lights ORANGE Cingular logo and replace it with a boring and lame AT&T logo. I mean whats the point Cingular is selling isn't it. Didn't Apple just sign the exclusivity deal for the iPhone.

The name tanked once before and I am sure it will tank again
