The current iteration of Flash on phones is Flash Lite, which is a stripped down version of Flash with support for phone keys, and it's not what I'm referring to. It's posturing. Flash will eventually make it onto the iPhone, especially when other phones get decent performance in Flash. Just like how movies and radio tuners made its way onto the iPod. And Flash will move beyond ads and flashy websites, YouTube was just the beginning.

Frankly, as a Flash developer, not having to worry about what my stuff looks on a iPhone is something I'm quite happy with.
