Windows Phone Live to offer remote wipe, location, and sync for your Windows Phone 7 device

@joshl right, but if you don't have them because of not upgrading to a WM6 phone, you won't have them by not upgrading to a WP7 phone, either

Windows Phone Live to offer remote wipe, location, and sync for your Windows Phone 7 device

"It looks like the site is divided into two, arguably equally important parts:"
1) Sync, which has been available for 3 years with MS MyPhone
2) Remote wipe, which as been available since Windows Server 2003 R2

There's no doubt this new site will be more modern and convenient, but this is hardly something new to Microsoft. This is just another one of the countless examples of features Microsoft has had for years, but most people don't know about. If MS had Apple's marketing people, they would own the world.

250 GB 'Super Elite' 360 spotted in South Africa too

i have not had the same experience with the rentals you are talking about. the few videos i have purchased were over a year ago and are still on my hard drive. since i own them through the live marketplace, i can download them again on another box as long as my profile is signed in.

are you sure all of those tv shows and movies through the marketplace are rentals?

i agree that most people won't play more than 6 games at a time, but what is the likelyhood of people regularly deleting installed games...at least before the hard drive reaches capacity?

everyone here is saying that no one needs a 250gb hard drive.

microsoft's alternative to blu ray is high definition digital downloads. high def video takes up a lot of space, the new full game downloading service takes up a lot of space, and installing your own games does the same

the people who take advantage of all of these features will eventually break the 120gb barrier

EA Sports facing litigation from NCAA football players

what is the difference between getting paid for your likeness and doing an endorsement? i know getting any compensation for an endorsement automatically ends your NCAA career.

maybe if sam keller got a legitimate degree, he wouldn't have to worry about coming up with money right now
