Hardly surprising. Portugal is one of the worst economies in Europe and they had a serious from-scratch uphill Battle in the UK/NI versus much more entrenched brands.

I wouldn't be surprised if they returned to the UK with an acquisition of one of the current companies in the future, not the near future, but they bought Mircomania in France and something in the Netherlands recently too.
