The design of the g8's nose had been such an afterthought and never suited the rest of the cars design.
Breakfast Topic: Playing at work
Dec 17th 2008 8:35AM (WoW)Thing I found that makes it easy is a mod called bosskey, works a lot faster/more reliably than alt tabbing, and covers WoW with a terminal type screen when you press the tilde key.
If you have your windows taskbar hidden + use windowed mode and drag the top of the title bar off screen it's quite inconspicuous.
only recommended this if you don't work around a bunch of tech heads though.. fortunately at my work I am the IT department.
Preparing for Wrath Day 4: Addons for leveling
Nov 10th 2008 12:15AM (WoW)lightheaded is still very useful for the few quests that carbonite misses (lightheaded coordinates are obviously useable as waypoints in carbonite).. it's also pretty handy for item use quests that aren't explained well by the blizzard quest log (ie. tldr)
the punks feature in carbonite is awesome for avoiding mid mob gankings whilst leveling and can often give you a chance to get out of combat/bandage/stealth etc. before engaging in world pvp
How to set up and use the Belkin Nostromo N52
Nov 6th 2008 9:48PM (WoW)Got to say I find the n52 indispensible for my desktop dual box setup, I have an n52te hooked up to my second PC which controls my healbot paladin on follow, then my razer tarantula controlling the first PC (have the n52 sitting just in reach to the left of my tarantula)
For dual boxing on my laptop I use my old model n52, but paired with keyclone which makes life a ton easier with the limited amount of free keys available on a laptop.
Addon Spotlight: New, old, and outdated!
Nov 5th 2008 10:34PM (WoW)I definitely miss the simple press alt + click then drag your mouse to create bars configuration of bongos though, the new system just seems very clunky, especially when you have to configure it for several machines and different characters (for which you might not use the same bar setup).
Despite all that, it's still to me better than the main alternative, bartender4. Yet to try macaroon, but being on the race to 70 with my two characters before WotLK I really can't waste any more time relearning bar mods =/
Addon Spotlight: TwoBox Toolkit
Sep 7th 2008 11:46PM (WoW)I thought having something so overly automated like this auto follow system would be against the TOS?

Jul 21st 2008 8:57PM (Joystiq Nintendo)The roads of Azeroth: Now with biker gangs
Jul 20th 2008 7:44PM (WoW)Jokes aside, I think the introduction of bikes will pave the way for some srs RP biker gang guilds.
Wrath will have mounts with passengers
May 13th 2008 12:22AM (WoW)If you plan of rolling a BK and dual boxing it to 80 (as I eventually plan to do paired with my shaman) it will be almost game breaking as you'll be able to chauffeur your BK around in outlands on an epic passenger flyer.
Wonder how they'd handle aggro range and forced dismount chance when pairing with characters of lower level though? Would suck chauffeuring a level 10 around only to both be knocked off by a level 8 spider.
Can WoW be beaten?
May 2nd 2008 12:29AM (WoW)another mmo from blizzard would have a decent chance of doing so
