Not necessarily. There is a good chance he will lose. Just because he click "buy" doesn't automatically made the contract valid. If so, somebody could be selling a house online, make a mistake and say 20,000 instead of 290,000. No court will require that to be enforced because the buyer is not acting in good faith.

The biggest thing I want them to add is support for separate cymbals on the the drums, instead of mapping yellow to both as they do now. I understand they can't/won't go back and re-chart all the songs, but I'll take it for just new songs.

Me too. I love that Yoshi is going to be in it.

I think its a great app. I use it all the time. The push notifications are nice. On an older iPhone, it can be a little slow, but 4.0 did offer some speed improvements. Its already saved my butt once.

I'm really hoping RB3 offers support for playing the cymbals as separate notes, instead of having them mixed with the toms.
