You're totally wrong on one part: A Current Affair is in no way a "news" program. It's an awful, awful program that airs things like this every single day.

I'm glad you think you're reviewing games, but you DO realise that almost every game at E3 isn't in it's final form, right?

And what's with:

How is this any different to any other plane combat game?

From reading James' other "impressions" of the Wii, it's terribly obvious he doesn't like it (and, I suspect, is a massive graphics whore).

OK, we get it. Get someone who doesn't hate fun to cover the Wii.

Have you guys even PLAYED the arcade version of Final Furlong? It sounds like an arcade-perfect conversion to me!

I'm going to throw my hat in the ring and say that not only are the tickets related to seating sections, but they relate to the Nintendo's online offering in some way.

In much the same way Xbox Live has general and more specific areas, so will Nintendo's. Mushroom Kingdom will be the general area, Yoshi's Island perhaps the "kiddy" area? Hyrule for more chatting, or adults?

Total speculation of course, but Nintendo's got these fantastic IPs that they can leverage with their online service so why the hell not use them?

I don't see why anyone in their right mind would buy a standalone UMD, since it only works on one device.

This, however, is a good move I think. If you get /both/ DVD and UMD for a reasonable price, many people will snap them up -- hell, why not? You get a version to watch at home AND on the go... what's to lose?
