I disagree with better ways to play. SSX is a pain in the ass to play on the Wii. I didn't expect it to be virtual reality but I expected better than what we have now. The fact that Nintendo canceled two anticipated games for stuff like Wii-Fit is extremely disappointing. The casuals are going crazy now, but what happens when the casuals get tired of the Wii and the hardcore gamers that Nintendo shunned won't go back to them.

Honestly Metroid and No More Humans are two titles I'm excited about the most, hopefully they live up to the hype.

"Um, you don't have to use the Zapper, so don't bitch about it."

People should be able to base their thoughts and opinions on it. It looks like a lame unnecessary add on.

Most of those games just removed the button mashing with hand movements.

I might be wrong, but there is no way this board gets any other use except for exercise games.

I honestly believe Nintendo is going to lose the hardcore crowd soon. Sure they will have the casual gamers, but what happens when they get tired of the system?

But none of that will happen. This will just be used for exercise games.

The fact that real games like Project Hammer gets canceled for something like this is disappointing.

All of this talk about "imagine new ways to play games" was said in 2005 when the Wii controller was announced. Two years later, what do we have? A ton of mini-games and PS2 ports. The new game play everyone was told to imagine hasn't happened (yet).

The same thing is being said about this board. It won't happen. There will be a couple of exercise games out, and thats it. There won't be any walking in place to move your character games, it will be for exercise games.

The thing that upsets me about this, is the fact actual games like Project Hammer get canceled so that they can focus on this. Nintendo continues to disappoint me. For everyone else who is into this, have fun.

#1 It is not a post about the film, the film is just mentioned. I read it mostly because I wanted to see what was said about Gilliam.

#2 The film was just released on DVD this week. It also came out in October, thus it hasn't been out for a year. A lot of people haven't had a chance to see the film yet.

Great spoiler, not everyone has seen the Departed yet.
