Online passes ensure two things:

1) People won't buy the game new because they don't want to deal with the hassle of online pass activation.

2) People won't buy it used because with the online pass fee added it costs the same as a new game.

Good luck alienating customers, Sony (and anyone who does this).

That doesn't make any sense. Are the tens of millions of people who are buying iPads not average consumers?

You know, I watch my kids play games on the iPad (they also play on PS3, 360, etc), and they have absolutely no complaints about touch controls.

What we are seeing is the "older generation" complaining about that "new fangled way of doing things that I'm not used to". The kids who grow up with these devices will consider touch controls their norm.

So, what I'm trying to say is, my grandparents complained about Elvis. My parents complained about rap music. And our generation is complaining about touch controls.

Drop the "Apple is too expensive" nonsense. It hasn't been true for far too long, especially with regards to the iPad.

Might as well complain about the Mac only having "one button mouse" while you are at it.

I was thinking the same thing. I bet Jack Black is cast as voice talent. I wonder how many monks named Po will be running around.

I'm in the middle of playing, haven't finished it yet. But I am keeping my mind open about the ending.

Ultimately, in life some things happen without regard to the choices that we make. If that's the case with the ME3 ending, then so be it. Maybe it goes to illustrate that ultimately our lives and our decisions are completely inconsequential on the galactic scale.

One would imagine that if all the content you want is coming out on a platform other than the one you own, it would make sense to switch platforms.
