Iron Man is the second best superhero? Are all the other super heroes tied for first?

Iron Man is cool, but second? Please. Batman, GL, Capt. America, Supes, Spider-man, Flash and on and on and on are all soooo much better.

I welcome a compilation like this. I took a chance after the first guitar hero and on a whim bought Franz Ferdinand's album with Take Me Out on it as well as the Donnas' album with Take It Off on it, neither band really striking me as interesting before the playing the game. FF was gold, the Donnas epitomize the modern gripe of one-good-song-and-twelve-trash-tracks. The Donnas was possibly the worst record buying decision I've ever made.

Long story short, yeah, I could have just poked around for each song I liked in Guitar Hero on iTunes and bought the singles, but I'd rather have it in one place. No muss, no fuss.

yeah, nice to see how you're somehow playing 5 games at once, i.e., yaris, looney tunes, testris splash, etc are all "last played" within seconds of each other. Same for your block on October 12th.

I got money to burn too, but I'm not going to pay someone to up my gamerscore.

I bought the download version and am totally happy. I know I'm not ever going to sell it, so "sell it on eBay" is a moot argument for me. I'm glad I can just sit down on my couch, turn on the PSP from the controller and dive right in, no disc, no muss, no fuss.

That said, I would have like some downloadable instructions or something because getting my BT headset to work was a bitch (you have to enable it under Audio Settings in the XMB after pairing it).

I felt like a sucker after getting the PS3 until this came out (though I got it after the price drop, so it wasn't that long). Seriously, if you own a PS3, get this game!

Triky, I'm not following your point. Even though the defendant has to affirmatively prove his use is fair use, the plaintiff still has to prove the infringement in the first place. If the plaintiff can't prove that the defendant infringed his copyright, then the affirmative defense is not necessary. Therefore, the defendant is still "innocent until proven guilty."

I'm confused - what is/were the release dates for the PSP-slim? I know the silver pack came out randomly last week and the black was supposed to come out tomorrow I thought. Now I see dates for the black online (Amazon) as the 24th, the EB guy last night said "tomorrow" and BestBuy guy last night said "in a couple weeks." What gives?
