Bought on Amazon, pre-loaded (via Amazon downloader, not Origin), activated it on Origin with the key, but it doesn't seem to want to let me install it off the Amazon download for some reason. Anyone else having this problem?

The Eldar and the Imperium are willing to work with each other against sufficiently major threats. Like, say, an Ork WAAAAGH backed up by Chaos.

(I'm actually kind of surprised that Orks and Chaos don't get along better, really. You'd think Khorne would LOVE the greenskins.)

You can only go so far with "quasi-realistic Renaissance city optimized for parkour". I'm not saying the level design is as good as it's going to get, but spending too many man-hours on improving it would be a waste of dev resources at this point.

You are aware that by most surveys, more people own Android phones than iPhones, right? (Granted, not all the surveys agree, but even Apple's own data show a hell of a lot of Android devices are out there.)

Same here. I was thoroughly unimpressed with the beta (although DICE betas, with the possible exception of BC2, are always pretty awful), but knowing that there are major balance changes and bugfixes (a number of which actually relate to issues I had with the game, which is a rarity with DICE games) brings a bit of hope back.

Now, the only decision is whether to get the version for my barely-working PC (CTDs, bluescreens, and Punkbuster kicks, oh my!) or the crippled version for my PS3 (what do you mean no 64-player). And either way I'll have to deal with my shitty Internet connection.

...okay, I'll stop whining now.

Except they weren't forced to, because nobody in their right mind would honestly believe that a game simply called "Scrolls" infringes on the "Elder Scrolls" trademark, or that Bethesda would be failing to protect that trademark by not suing Mojang.
