I own a PS3 and a Wii and I have played with my PS3 quite a bit more... the Wii is obviously a lot better for parties..but that just makes it so only one of my central group of friends need to get it and we can just cart it wherever we want. It doesn't really matter if things are going to other consoles, Sony can deal with it eventually and I'm not an idiot who holds a grudge against people who bought a 360. One thing I'd like to add is....I think the Halo franchise is absolutely the most terribly overrated video game franchise ever. The games aren't bad but they really aren't that great.
What if to implement these things before launch they might have had to delay launching at that date... doesn't it make sense for them to fix something that's only graphical later? Or am I just thinking too hard... ( I am aware of earlier compatibility issues but those got fixed quickly in comparison to this).
