This Jack character thinks that all violent video games are about killing people for no good reason. Games like Halo, Halo 2, Duke Nukem, Metal Gear Solid, Red Faction, Red Faction 2, and other fun games of this sort that have you play hero. I have played the GTA games, and I have heard of the "Hot Coffee" scandal. The graphics sucked for the GTA games and you can't see anything that was sexually explicit. A screenshot should be taken of this scene and sent to media outlets so that the public knows that you can't see anything worth censoring.
