Well, it would appear the Blu-Ray has some advantages over HD DVD. Trent Reznor (of NIN) talks about the differences (basically negligable) however real-time angle switching (ironic the PS3 gives you any feature that's actually REAL TIME) and a tad higher amount of video bandwidth..
I've always thought I'd go the route of HD DVD, but if HD DVD can't even provide real time angle switching, where's the fun in that? Manually watching entire scenes in their alternate view?

I mean, for the NIN show it's as simple as watching what would be projected on-screen, or the regular stage show. That'd be neat, to swap between.

I hate to say it, but screw removable media. Lets dump all the R&D money for DVDs, HD DVDs, Blu Ray discs, into solid state HDs so we can just digitally acquire all content and have no damned cache/read issues ever.
