I know you feel the need to spew out numbers to try to make yourself better, but remember one thing. Stats don't mean crap, look at the Wii it is selling better then BOTH PS3 and 360 and that thing is hardly as powerful as the 1st gen Xbox.

I just laugh at all the tech geeks out there that spew up crap like WCDMA/HSDPA/GSM/EDGE and 3.3-inch, 720 x 480 pixel touchscreen display. Remember folks looking good on paper doesn't mean much, will this product have the same user experience as the Iphone? I have yet to use the phone myself, but with Apple's history of releasing really cool software along with its product is what seperates it from other companies. BTW anyone actually see a demo of the HTC touchscreen? The UI looks really lame, and who the hell is going to want to type on something you HAVE to use a stylus on? NOT ME.

If what you say is true, then this will be the 1st negative issue that makes me stop and think about this purchase. I could live with...

4. No GPS
5. Must have Itunes account
6. No removeable battery
7. Crappy battery life
8. Small storage space
9. Being Expensive as hell
10. No physical keyboard

BUT if they do decide to force user's into a data plan then I WON'T BE HAPPY!!!!

I am definately not a Mac fan boy, this Iphone will be my 1st Apple purchase EVER. I do have two issues with the phone, one being storage. I really wish the storage was larger then 4 and 8g's. I don't think that will be enough for all my music and porn clips...

The second issue will be the EDGE network, it's not really a huge issue for me because I wasn't planning on getting an expensive data plan, but it would be nice to know IF I wanted to I could. Right now I see myself using it as a phone 1st then a MP3 player second.

When they say "On Sale" does this mean you will be able to walk out the store with the item once you purchase it? Or are they just making it available for purchase then, but you gotta wait till it gets delivered?

I would feel really stupid getting stopped by some 15yr old kid with a sword.

A few people are commenting about how there are other alternatives out there, but my question is. Why aren't any of them popular? I know alot of people that have cell phones that can play MP3, but not alot of those people actually use those features. The Iphone will suceed where other phones have failed, they will make music playback seemless and intutive.

You are sooo full of crap, I'm glad a few people have called you out already. I highly doubt you own all 3 systems, someone who can afford to just throw away over $1200 on video games can afford $50 for the best online gaming service.
