At first I thought Chris was being a little harsh in his write-up. And then I watched the video. Could they have picked a snottier "expert" to make those claims against Mass Effect/video games in general?

New games this week: Burnout Paradise edition

I personally liked the Burnout Paradise demo (aside from the obnoxious DJ that feels he has to STOP TIME to tell you how to use a map). Free burn does get old after a while, but that's what events are for. I have to say, I will miss the split-screen. Hopefully they'll bring that back next Burnout. Overall, most review scores I've read have been positive. I'm looking forward to it.
