Jan 4th 2012 1:32PM (Joystiq)I've tried to get my accounts and payment information set right several times on the Windows Live ID website. It's impossible. Pages link to irrelevant pages, the email system is all messed up, when I try to edit payment details on xbox.com, I get error messages, etc. It's a complete failure. I have also given up on MS. I sold all my xbox games. As soon as my account hacking issue is resolved, I'm shutting it all down.

1. We don't understand what's causing the issue
2. We don't want to get blamed like Sony
