Honestly, I did want to play it, but the price increase seems unwarranted. I'll probably wait til there's a drop now though. It's not like its a hot property that's an instant MUST BUY anymore. That ship has sailed and when Blow wonders why the sales aren't that hot, he'll know why.
Knew this was coming, but it's taking too goddamn long! Spring? Unless they're overhauling the other 2 maps, I don't see why it would take so long to make them versus.
you know, the roll for initiative was great. it was a nod to the tabletop rpgs and their stupidity at times. how a simple roll of the dice can nullify an entire attack. plus, the old skool zombie that used to live wit them a bunch of years back came out of nowhere for a guest appearance. you dont like it, fine. but wawt are you doin for the gaming community?
as it stands, the only game i will willingly buy a ps3 for is mgs4 and that is a stance that alot of my friends are taking as well. i think that sony is making a huge mistake on wagering such a big investment on the strength of brand name loyalty alone. i was a sony fanboy since the days of the original playstation. got a ps2 while it was still 300, w/e. but nintendo seems to be a little too alluring when it comes to the ds vs psp battle and the wii has me psyched up for zelda. not only is nintendo the cheaper choice, but it has me more excited about wat i can play on their systems.
i play cs all the time. if you get good and play with the right ppl, it can be a great game. jus cuz you suck does not mean the game sucks. and jus cuz you suck doesnt mean you can hack. plus, playing is alot better when you have admin in your favorite server. cuz of all the damn hackers, i only play in my clans server.
this wont jus end the retail market but change how the industry works. there wont be a need for publishing. i read an article on the escapist a while back that talked about how direct sales from small companies to the consumer thru systems such as this would be more beneficial to the creators. im jus waitin for sony to handle their bizness wit their online network so microsoft and nintendo arent the only ones makin bank from this
