Most, if not all, broadband providers use capping in the uk. Only Virgin out of the big boy's provide no download limit, but throttle back your service between peak times if theres a lot of traffic and you down load over a certain amount.

That sounds like a good idea, bu i wished you could have a swipe card that you could top up like for a mobile phone, then you can put as much or as little as you want! That they should do, no?

Just buy TOCA race driver three instead, you get to go right and left in the same race! Who woulda' thunk it?
