It's not Nintendo, it's companies affiliated with their projects and news/rumor sites.

The only thing Nintendo has confirmed is that this system will be available in Japan.

Nintendo never confirmed it for anywhere but Japan. Sonic Solution may have implied other areas, but they don't decide where to sell it.

This should remind you all to wait for official confirmation, before getting your hopes up with "maybe"'s.

I just heard, also, from the Game Stop guy that their store opens at 11AM Sunday morning....

That totally sucks.

I just picked up Rayman. I saw alot of empty spots on the display rack, and very few games that they were selling were still in stock (except for the liscensed crap).

I'm suprised I got it.

It's not that long, I've had crappy online games with much, much larger TOS agreements.

This game is launching with the Wii in Japan, and it will be the first online title. Even though third parties won't get the online code until January, Nintendo probably has it now, and is just testing it with PBR to see if everything works out good.
