The cutesy animal names belong to Orange, not o2's pricing plans. I'm guessing, as usual, we're going to have to wait an extra 3-6 months before the phone ever makes it to these Irish shores. And even then it'll be longer before the prepaid prices are announced. I'm having to deal with a clapped out 3G for the time being...

As for competing with the C30 - didn't the A3 *define* that class in the first place? why would they create a smaller model in order to undermine the a3? they had the A2 in Europe, which sold but a handful. I don't see them replacing it, despite how good a car it was. Least of all with something in the sub-VW Polo segment. Audi buyers are neither interested in cars of that size, nor of their chosen marque being diminished by competition with Ford Fiestas and Opel Corsas
