Wow lawrence, where to begin with your post.

First, you need to seriously work on your grammar. It's horrid. This isn't the first post of yours that I have read that is almost completely incomprehensible as to what point you are making.

Second, to completely trash Cliffy B and Epic for A)the graphics created for Gears of War and the Unreal 3 engine that SEVERAL companies have bought the rights to use as their graphical engine shows complete ignorane on your part and B) I will agree that GoW's single player could be better, but to say multiplayer in a game is worthless, then you're obviously missing out on the most fun aspect of games; TO PLAY WITH OTHERS.

Counterstrike, Halo 2, and Gears of War's, and to a higher extent MMORPG's like WoW and RTS games like Starcraft (which is still played highly almost 10 years after its release), have shown that the longevity in multiplayer games is far more important to the masses than a single player experience. Just look at the amount of hours logged into those games compared to how long it took to beat Zelda. Single player immerses you into the game, multiplayer makes the game infinite.

I like the fact that if Joystiq post ANYTHING positive about Sony, immediately 2398472398473298473298 people says Sony sucks. I don't get it, can't we all just like games and agree to say, "Hmm the PSP is finally getting some great games. That's win-win for everyone."

Unless you own stock in one of these companies or you're a business executive (which would be sad for you to flame up these blogs with your bias) then give it a rest.

You'll spend $10 going to see some crappy movie like Hostel 2, or the Mask Begins or whatever and waste 2 hours of your life. Spend the $10, play the game, enjoy it, get the gamer points and realize, "Hey, I've spent 10 bucks, gotten more enjoyment out of this than a lame summer movie."

$10 isn't that much. Now $10 to change your Xbox Live Gamertage, that's ridiculous.

I own a DS Lite, PS3, 360, and Wii. So I'm glad that they all sell. That way, there's competition between the companies to keep making great games, and as long as they all sell, that just means more games. Woot.

Oh and another thing to all those Wii fanboys who think "gameplay is the most important," where the hell is the online play? That seems to be pretty important for gameplay. But, I guess we forget about that because you know the Wii is godly and all.

KC, how could you dare call me a "non real gamer" because I think Elebits is terrible? And I said nothing about gameplay not being important to a game. I simply said the Wii is not in league with the PS3 or 360, and that I'm UNIMPRESSED with the Wii as well as the PS3 at the moment. Learn to read into a debate before you start flamming people on the boards.

And by the way, if you consider Elebits to be a flagship title, you obviously haven't been playing many great games.

Oh and I have a Wii, PS3 and 360, and only the 360 gets played with Rainbow Six Vegas, so don't tell me I'm not a real gamer. I'm sorry that I'm not poor and can afford it all, but it's called get good credit and buy what you want in life and don't spend your money on stupid things. A real gamer owns all systems and loves all games. I'm just saying each system has it's pros and cons. The Wii was not made by God despite what everything seems to think, and right now the Wii's games aren't spectacular. Go to gamerankings.com and just look at the average ratings on most Wii games.
