click the down arrow, go to 'My Account'
click add / manage credit card
select the credit card you want gone and select the 'Remove' button that appears at the bottom.
This did NOT work for me. It says "You can’t remove a card associated with your Zune Music Pass subscription."
And I don't even have a Zune Music Pass subscription.
