Lesson of the last year when it comes to portable games:

Haters gonna Hate.

Lets hope the Vita's first year is just as strong after a somewhat underwhelming launch in Japan.

It wouldn't really make sense for them to already have a name trademarked for the game.

Even if they had everything planned and designed for the kickstarter before it began (which they didn't and would have been foolish), hitting 6x their goal pretty much destroys the scope in that plan. Basic plans may remain, but pretty much everything else needs to be retooled.

Also, naming things is hard! Especially video games!

Think gatotsu is referring to the Nintendo E3 Conference of '10, where untitled Persona, SMT, Etrian Odyssey, and Devil Survivor games were announced to be in the works for the 3DS.

I'm probably the only one who was tired enough to do this, but the first time I read the title, I though Double Fine was teaming up with CAVE.

I was frightened, amused, and excited by the images conjured by that potential team-up.

Played it at PAX and talked to the developer for like 20 minutes. The guy was extremely passionate about his work.

A true Jet Set Radio port hasn't been announced until all the music has been confirmed.

Warning: You're not going to understand unless you have played Etrian Odyssey or know at least the basic mechanics of it.

I've read that they are making the normal game harder because they added the casual mode.
